"The idea of making handmade paper was born when I observed how much paper is wasted by us in our daily life - be it at home, schools or offices. How we carelessly burn paper without giving it a second thought" - Roshan

With this thought in mind, 'R' Handmade Paperworks - was founded in 2016 by Roshan to make handmade paper using the traditional hand lifting method.

After professionally learning handpaper making and paper conversion, The HandPaperShop was established to convert this handmade paper into beautifully designed and handcrafted books.
What makes these creations truly special is the commitment to keep the art of bookbinding alive in a world dominated by mass production. Each book is meticulously designed to inspire creativity combining artistic expression with timeless craftsmanship.
